It’s a Close One.

Writing has become more and more of a luxury.

Korea overwhelmed me but it must of been the amount of time sat on my ass doing nothing. Now, I know the true meaning of hard work, of difficulty faced in a job and my patience and strength really is being tested.

This isn’t like when I was at school or when I visited other schools in South Africa/Korea. The kids are different here. I don’t know why I still feel shocked when I see disrespectful behaviour in my classroom – it just doesn’t make sense to me, an entire generation who can do things and think that it’s not disrespectful. It’s not even the behaviour that shocks me anymore, it’s the fact that the don’t even know that what they’re doing, is so bad.

Hard to admit, it is getting better/easier. I don’t feel like I’ve made the worst decision of my life anymore but it’s a close one.

Five more days until half term. Five more days until half term. Five more days until half term. Five more days until half term. Five more days until half term. Five more days until half term.
